Ian was very helpful, replied to any queries quickly, knew the real estate prices in the area very well.
He was a little biased towards the vendor and did not take an earlier offer to vendor. I thought agents were to put in all offers from potential buyers to the vendor.

In 2018, one of the most fabulous and caring human beings I have ever known approached me about going on an adventure and along the way helping out some of our fellow humans. We had been on 'boy's trips' annually for the last 6 years, including driving across Mexico, travelling to Salt Spring Island or visiting The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation in Seattle but nothing like what was to come. This fabulous individual was my son Cole. At 16, he introduced me to Global Immersion and another of life's extraordinary people, Bernie Kelly. After researching (in depth) about what was to come, I accepted the invitation from my new friend Bernie, to go along with him and 4 other adults and 50 Australian teenagers to East Africa for 3 weeks 'to help'. We spent a week staying just outside Africa's largest slum, the massive shantytown called 'Kibera' in Nairobi, Kenya. We visited their most humble homes and their schools and helped guide their youth as much as we were able. We then travelled to Tanzania for our second week and helped paint and repair 4 primary schools, as well as organize the only youth sports day competition in the country. After all this exhaustive effort, for the third week, we 'relaxed' by climbing the highest freestanding mountain on earth, at almost 6000 meters, Kilimanjaro. Our group of 56 Aussies, along with almost 70 porters and guides, trudged upwards for days and the vast majority of us summited at higher than Everest Base Camp. The story of this adventure is long and involved so I will leave it for another time but, for now, I am happy to share my insights into life and happiness when I accepted Bernie's invitation to be interviewed for his podcast. I hope it helps you to remember the happiness in your life. Never stop learning and never stop teaching in your life's continuous adventure.
